Vacancy and
Stipend Details
A
total of 5,000 seats are available nationwide. The training duration is 12 months (1 year).
·
Monthly Stipend: * Metro / Urban Branches: ₹15,000
per month
o
Rural / Semi-Urban Branches: ₹12,000 per
month
·
Top State Vacancies: Gujarat
(960), Uttar Pradesh (764), Maharashtra (580), Karnataka (483), and Rajasthan
(412).
Note: Candidates can apply for
vacancies in only one State or Union Territory.
Eligibility
Criteria (As of May 1, 2026)
·
Educational Qualification: A Graduation
Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
o
For NATS applicants: The graduation completion date must not be more than 4 years prior
to May 1, 2026.
o
Exclusion: If you have prior regular work
experience of 1 year or more, or have completed an apprenticeship elsewhere,
you are not eligible.

Age Limit: * Via NATS Route: 20 to 28 years. Standard government age relaxations apply (5 years for SC/ST, 3
years for OBC, up to 15 years for PwBD).
o
Via NAPS Route: Candidates must be below 34 years
of age.
Selection
Process & Exam Pattern
The selection process is direct and does not
include an interview. It consists of:
1. Online Examination: 100
multiple-choice questions (100 marks) to be solved in 60 minutes. There is no negative marking.
o
Subjects: General/Financial Awareness (25
qns), Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude (25 qns), Computer Knowledge (25
qns), and General English (25 qns).
2. Document
Verification (DV)
3. Local Language
Proficiency Test: To ensure you can read, write, and speak the local language of the
state you applied fo Application Fee

General, EWS & OBC (Male): ₹800 + GST
·
General, EWS & OBC (Female & Transgender): ₹600 + GST
·
SC, ST & PwBD: ₹200 + GST
How to Apply
The
application is entirely online and must be initiated through official
apprentice registration portals before completing the bank application.
1. Step 1: Register
yourself on either the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal or
the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) portal.
2. Step 2: Visit
the Bank of Baroda Careers Page and
click on the apprentice link, or apply directly from your NATS/NAPS dashboard
by searching for "Bank of Baroda".
