Important notifications have been outlined via the university's newly structured Prospectus for the 2026–27 session:

Admit Card Status: The university is scheduled to deploy the GBPUAT 2026 Admit Cards online starting this week (third week of May). Registered candidates should keep their application numbers ready at gbpuat.ac.in.

Exam Shifts Finalized: The offline university entrance exams will run over two targeted days:

Master's and Ph.D. Exams: June 6, 2026 (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

Undergraduate & MCA Exams: June 7, 2026 (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM).

Admission Rules Check: "Other State" candidates are treated at par with the unreserved category. For Ph.D. in Management, admissions will strictly rely on CAT/CMAT scores followed by Group Discussions rather than a written university entrance test
