The Indian Navy has released the official recruitment notification for its 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme for the course commencing in January 2027. Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit

• Candidates must be born between July 2, 2007, and January 1, 2010 (both dates inclusive).

2. Educational Qualification

• 10+2 Requirements: Must have passed the 10+2 (Class 12th) examination with a minimum aggregate of 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

• English Language: Must have scored at least 50% marks in English either in Class 10th or Class 12th.

• Mandatory Exam: Candidates must have appeared for the JEE (Main) 2026 exam and hold a valid All India Common Rank List (CRL) rank.

Selection Process

The selection process is highly competitive and is broken down into the following stages:

1. Shortlisting: Based on the JEE (Main) 2026 All India CRL Rank.

2. SSB Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a rigorous Services Selection Board (SSB) interview.

3. Medical Examination: Candidates clearing the interview will undergo a comprehensive military medical assessment.

4. Final Merit List: Prepared based on combined performance and medical fitness for final induction.
