इस परीक्षा में कुल 100 प्रश्न (100 Marks) पूछे जाएंगे और समय 1 घंटा 40 मिनट का होगा। प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक मिलेगा, जबकि 0.25 अंकों की नेगेटिव मार्किंग होगी।

1. Hindi / English Language (20 Marks)

उम्मीदवारों को फॉर्म भरते समय इन दोनों में से किसी एक भाषा को चुनना होता है:

• English Syllabus:

  • Spot the Error & Sentence Improvement

  • Synonyms, Antonyms & Homonyms

  • Idioms & Phrases

  • One Word Substitution

  • Spellings/Detecting Misspelled Words

  • Active/Passive Voice

  • Direct/Indirect Speech (Narration)

  • Cloze Passage & Comprehension Passage

• Hindi Syllabus (हिंदी व्याकरण):

  • हिंदी वर्णमाला, संज्ञा, सर्वनाम, विशेषण, क्रिया, काल, और वाच्य

  • संधि, समास, कारक, लिंग, और वचन

  • विलोम शब्द, पर्यायवाची शब्द, और मुहावरे/लोकोक्तियाँ

  • रस, अलंकार, और छंद

  • प्रसिद्ध कवि, लेखक और उनकी रचनाएँ

2. General Intelligence / Reasoning (20 Marks)

इसमें वर्बल (Verbal) और नॉन-वर्बल (Non-Verbal) दोनों प्रकार के रीजनिंग प्रश्न शामिल हैं:

• Semantic & Figural Analogy (सादृश्यता)

• Symbolic/Number Classification (वर्गीकरण)

• Venn Diagrams (वेन आरेख)

• Number Series & Figural Series (श्रृंखला)

• Coding and Decoding (कोडिंग-डिकोडिंग)

• Space Orientation & Problem Solving

• Punched Hole/Pattern-Folding & Unfolding

• Critical & Emotional Intelligence

3. Numerical Aptitude / Maths (20 Marks)

• Arithmetic (अंकगणित): Number Systems, Decimals & Fractions, Percentages, Ratio & Proportion, Averages, Profit and Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Time and Distance, Time and Work, Mixture and Alligation.

• Algebra & Geometry: Basic Algebraic Identities, Triangles, Circles, Tangents, and Congruence.

• Mensuration (क्षेत्रमिति): Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Hemisphere, Rectangular Parallelepiped, and Pyramids.

• Trigonometry & Statistical Charts: Trigonometric Ratios, Heights and Distances, Histograms, Bar Diagrams, and Pie-Charts.

4. Clerical Aptitude (20 Marks)

यह विषय क्लर्कियल काम की क्षमता जांचने के लिए होता है, जिसमें बहुत आसानी से पूरे मार्क्स लाए जा सकते हैं:

• Alphabetic Filing (वर्णानुक्रम फाइलिंग)

• Attention to Detail (बारीकियों पर ध्यान देना)

• Data Checking & Comparison Ability (डेटा की तुलना करना)

• Operating System & Basics of Windows

• Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint (Detailed shortcuts & formulas)

• Computer Abbreviations (Full Forms) & Short Keys (उदा. Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V)

• Computer Communication, Internet, & Cyber Security
