1. National Level Entrance Examinations (UG, PG, PhD)

The National Testing Agency (NTA) and ICAR have active registration and exam schedules for the 2026 academic cycle:

Undergraduate (UG) Admissions: Admission to undergraduate agricultural programs across the 74 Agricultural Universities (AUs) under the ICAR system is strictly being routed through the CUET (ICAR-UG) 2026 exam. The examination window is currently underway, running from May 11 to May 31, 2026.
Postgraduate (PG) and PhD Admissions: Online application windows are actively open on the official NTA-ICAR portal (exams.nta.nic.in/icar) for:
- ICAR AIEEA (PG) – 2026 (for Master’s degree programs and PG scholarships).
- ICAR AICE-JRF/SRF (Ph.D.) – 2026 (for Doctoral programs and fellowships).
- Note: Deadlines for varying institutional registration portals are actively closing around mid-to-late May (with tentative extended windows up to May 20, 2026)
